Job Title: E-commerce Executive

About the Company:

Anduril Retail Pvt Ltd is an e-commerce-driven company that sells over 4500 products across various categories including Toy Slime, Slime Making Kits, Science Kits, Home Furnishing, and Auto Accessories. The company primarily operates on popular marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon/Flipkart seller portals, including manual and bulk product postings.
• Coordinate and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
• Monitor FBA inventory levels and forecast restocking needs.
• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Track account health and take necessary actions when issues arise (raise tickets and cases as needed).
• Data entry of required daily information into designated sheets.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely dispatch of orders and shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and a solid work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with Amazon and Flipkart seller portals (2+ years).
• Experience in product posting, Amazon/Flipkart promotions, and discounts (2+ years).
• Knowledge of keyword research and analysis (2+ years).

Work Details:

• Work Type: Full-time
• Shift & Timings:
  • Day shift, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Alternate Saturdays off
  • Weekly off on Sunday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically Amazon and Flipkart seller portals, are encouraged to apply.
