Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at HorecaStore. This role is pivotal in creating product categories and managing product catalogs for our growing range of hotel supplies, specifically kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will help enhance our online presence, optimize product listings, and ensure a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience.

As an E-commerce Executive, you will collaborate with the E-commerce Manager and vendors to ensure an accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality online catalog. Your key responsibilities will include organizing and curating products into clear, well-defined categories, managing product data, and improving the customer journey through efficient catalog management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Category Creation & Management:
• Develop and maintain product categories that align with market trends and customer needs.
• Ensure all products are accurately categorized to enhance discoverability and improve the customer shopping experience.
• Product Cataloging:
• Add and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring product details, images, and descriptions are accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure correct product specifications, pricing, and availability are reflected online.
• Data Entry & Product Information Management:
• Ensure that all product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing, is accurately entered and maintained.
• Manage product attributes such as size, color, and model to help optimize search and filtering functions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure new products are cataloged in a timely manner, and stock levels are accurately reflected online.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure products are featured and promoted effectively.
• Inventory Management:
• Regularly update inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability matches online listings.
• Assist with inventory reports and suggest improvements to the product catalog and overall e-commerce experience.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Review product performance regularly to identify opportunities to improve product listings and category structures.
• Implement customer feedback and industry best practices to optimize the product catalog.
• Competitor & Market Research:
• Conduct research on competitor offerings and market trends to ensure our catalog remains competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
• Suggest new product categories and variations based on customer preferences and emerging trends.
• Ensure Consistency and Quality:
• Ensure product listings are consistent across all platforms and that quality standards are met for all product images and descriptions.
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in product data, images, or pricing.
