  • Ensure returns are processed in accordance with Amazon’s policies and procedures to ensure accurate inventory and product availability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols and warehouse rules.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, escalations, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks related to returns, ensuring items are restocked or discarded efficiently.
  • Participate in periodic audits of returned products and help identify improvements to the returns process.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets as defined by the team or management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or training is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle and inspect a variety of products, ranging from electronics to household goods.
  • Proficient in using basic computer systems to log return information.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move items as required (up to 50 lbs).
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or customer service role is preferred.
