Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Manager to oversee marketplace operations, analyze sales trends, and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in e-commerce management and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing:

   • List products on marketplaces such as Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Amazon.

2. Warehouse and Fulfillment:

   • Manage Prime/FBA warehousing for smooth order fulfillment.

3. Competitor Analysis:

   • Conduct regular competitor pricing analysis and adjust discount strategies accordingly.

4. Order & Inventory Management:

   • Track and manage orders and stock levels across various platforms.

5. Marketplace Research:

   • Stay updated on marketplace trends and consumer insights to improve sales strategies.

6. Content Creation:

   • Write compelling product content and work with marketplace teams to resolve issues.

7. Promotional Activities:

   • Support and update marketplace promotions on a timely basis.

8. Data Management:

   • Maintain and update product data, including specifications, pricing, and images.
   • Monitor promotional activities across marketplaces.

9. Reporting:

   • Prepare MIS reports and handle payment reconciliation with the accounts team.

10. Sales Strategy:

• Develop strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Analyze sales trends for bestsellers, slow movers, and returns to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience (preferred)

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Sales Analysis capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel (including advanced functions and Pivot Tables)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends and strategies
