Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
• Oversee content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior to inform digital strategy and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital advertisements, ensuring they align with brand messaging and goals.
• Assist with SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid advertising ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
• Work closely with other departments to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in managing social media platforms and content creation.
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in content management, SEO, social media strategy, or paid advertising is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Flexible part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
