Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry – Accounts Specialist to accurately input financial data into Tally ERP and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Enter financial data into Tally ERP within set time limits
✔ Verify and sort information to ensure accuracy
✔ Identify and correct errors in financial records
✔ Research and update missing information for incomplete documents
✔ Generate reports and store completed work securely
✔ Scan documents & print files when required
✔ Ensure data confidentiality and comply with security policies
✔ Respond to queries and access relevant records

Requirements

✔ 1-2 years of experience in data entry, accounting, or a similar role
✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP for financial data entry
✔ Strong attention to detail & accuracy
✔ Good organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential financial information
✔ Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Preferred)
