About the Role

The E-commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations of our marketplace and online platforms. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor order processing and ensure timely fulfillment

• Track inventory levels and prevent stockouts/overstocking across distributors and retail partners

• Coordinate with distributors, warehouses, and retailer partners for smooth stock movement

✔ Logistics & Compliance

• Resolve logistics-related issues (delivery delays, misplaced shipments, transit damages)

• Ensure compliance with marketplace/retail partner guidelines to avoid penalties

• Track key operational metrics (demand accuracy, fill rate, in-stock levels, delivery speed, returns, customer feedback)

✔ Process Optimization & Insights

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations

• Improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability

• Optimize operations costs through continuous improvements

✔ Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and tech teams for smooth operations

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and platform policy changes

• Create and maintain dashboards/reports for performance tracking

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred)

???? Experience:

• 3–5 years in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics

• Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, and D2C brands is a plus

• Knowledge of marketplace seller portals and fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, Flipkart Smart Fulfillment)

???? Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, or e-commerce platforms

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management tools

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities

• Ability to multitask under pressure and travel regularly
