Job Description for Faculty – Banking, Finance, and Regulation

We are looking for an experienced Faculty member to create high-quality content for competitive exams like RBI Grade B, SEBI Grade A, NABARD, SIDBI, IRDAI, IFSCAI, and others. The role involves crafting educational materials, delivering live classes, and mentoring students through the exam preparation process.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop content for topics in Banking, Finance, and Regulation for exams such as RBI Grade B, SEBI Grade A, NABARD, SIDBI, Insurance exams, and others. Topics include:

  • Indian Financial System

  • Financial Markets, Derivatives, and Mutual Funds

  • Costing Methods, Cost Control, Lean Systems, Companies Act 2013

  • Guidelines of regulatory authorities like RBI, SEBI, IRDAI

• End-to-End Responsibility: Create pre-recorded videos, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), conduct live classes, check descriptive answers, and resolve student queries.

• Student Guidance: Assess students’ potential and suggest tailored study plans to help them succeed in competitive exams.

• Mock Interviews: Conduct mock interviews for exam preparation.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounts/Finance

• Preferred Experience:

  • Teaching: Minimum 3 years (preferred)

  • Content Development: Minimum 2 years (preferred)

  • Work Experience: Experience in the Finance/Accounting field is preferred

• Certifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Company Secretary (CS) are a plus

• Skills: Strong academic knowledge and interest in creating educational content for competitive exams
