Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Digital Marketing and SEO Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role with compensation based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO and Website Management:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize site content for search engines
  • Monitor website traffic and resolve technical SEO issues
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building and site mapping
  • Manage SEO tools like RankMath, MS Clarity, and WordPress SEO plugins

Campaign and Advertising Management:

  • Plan, budget, and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, Discovery, and YouTube Ads)
  • Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance
  • Manage social media paid campaigns and organic growth

Social Media and Content Marketing:

  • Oversee social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Build and nurture an online community
  • Create and manage effective social media content calendars
  • Research trending topics for social media posts and blog content
  • Develop, design, and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies with a focus on B2C

Content Creation:

  • Write and manage content for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies relevant to the educational sector

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Generate actionable insights and performance reports

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO activities
  • Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMRush, MOZ, and other SEO tools
  • Familiarity with WordPress and SEO-related plugins (RankMath, MS Clarity)
  • Experience in planning and managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Excellent content creation, design, and writing skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and community building
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp and email marketing tools
  • Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and improve
