The Role:
We’re looking for a rare breed: a seasoned digital marketing leader with a serious tech backbone. If you have a Computer Science degree (or equivalent) and have spent the last decade mastering SEM, building high-performance marketing systems, and leading results-driven teams—this role is for you.

You’ll lead digital growth for our luxury interiors brand, FCI London, and roll out your playbook across our healthcare, AI, and SMB ventures. Expect to own strategy and execution: we want someone who can architect campaigns and code landing pages.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run world-class Google Ads and Meta campaigns (you’re a 9/10 on SEM).
• Build and optimise WordPress landing pages with strong HTML, CSS, and Python skills.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed—this is not a pure management role.
• Lead and grow a global team (15+), managing performance with clarity and energy.
• Own full-funnel marketing—from paid media to CRO to analytics.
• Use GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools with technical confidence.
• Collaborate with founders and work across brands and industries.
• Help bring AI and automation into everything we do.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a very closely related field.
• 10+ years in digital marketing, with deep hands-on experience.
• Experience working for an international agency (ideally UK or USA).
• Expert-level understanding of Google Ads, Meta, GA4, SEO tools, and automation.
• Experience building landing pages and workflows with WordPress, Python, HTML/CSS, and Apps Script.
• Exceptional written and spoken English—must be able to judge and guide high-end content.
• Experience working with or marketing to high net worth audiences (luxury, travel, fashion, etc.).
• A high-performance mindset: you’re analytical, proactive, and revenue-driven.
• You’re collaborative, kind, driven, and team-focused.
