Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in driving our backend marketing channels, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Social Media Strategy & Content Management

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies using competitive analysis, audience targeting, and benchmarking.
• Create, edit, and share engaging content (text, images, videos) to encourage audience interaction.
• Optimize company pages across multiple platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content while ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
• Collaborate with social media influencers to enhance channel growth.

✅ SEO & Digital Marketing Optimization

• Conduct SEO activities (keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance data and suggest improvements for better ROI.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotions (social media, direct mail, and web campaigns).
• Utilize various channels such as branding, collaborations, and management to maximize audience reach.

✅ Campaign & Trend Analysis

• Oversee ongoing campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to enhance marketing efforts.
• Select effective keywords and optimize audience targeting for maximum engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Education & Certifications:

• Degree in Management or any relevant field from an Indian university.
• Google Certified or Digital Marketing Diploma (preferred).

✔ Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Expertise in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic marketing decisions.
• Prior experience in influencer collaboration and campaign execution.
