Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing online visibility, driving traffic, and generating sales. You will collaborate closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand presence, optimize the customer journey, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (PPC, display ads, paid social) across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

SEO and SEM Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic.
• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, site performance, and competitor activities.

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and cart abandonment sequences to nurture leads and retain customers.

Content Creation and Optimization:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions, blogs, landing pages, and other marketing materials.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, site traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.

Social Media Marketing:

• Manage the company's social media profiles, create engaging content, interact with followers, and promote sales-driven campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Work with the web development and design teams to optimize the website for a seamless user journey and improved conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Salary: ₹10,374.65 - ₹39,477.03 per month
