Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

   • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (PPC, display ads, paid social) on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

2. SEO and SEM Strategy:

   • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
   • Monitor keyword rankings, website performance, and competitor activities.

3. Email Marketing:

   • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and cart abandonment sequences to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.

4. Content Creation and Optimization:

   • Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly product descriptions, blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

   • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
   • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.

6. Social Media Marketing:

   • Manage company social media profiles, create engaging content, connect with followers, and run sales-driven campaigns.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

   • Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure a seamless user journey and improved conversion rates.

Requirements:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

2. Experience:

   • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferred)
   • 3 years of overall work experience (preferred)

3. Skills:

   • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising
   • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools
   • Excellent communication and content creation skills
   • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
