???? Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive (Remote) with Spanish proficiency to drive new business and account expansion. This is a fast-paced sales role where you will work in a US shift and report to the Sales Manager.

Your Mission:
???? Drive revenue through hunting new business & farming existing accounts
???? Manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
???? Develop territory & account plans to identify key stakeholders
???? Prospect via cold calling, emails & social media
???? Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
???? Maintain CRM discipline (Salesforce) and ensure accurate forecasting


???? Key Responsibilities

Build & execute account growth plans (upsell & cross-sell strategies)
Generate new leads through cold calling, personalized outreach & LinkedIn
Use solution-based selling to navigate the sales pipeline
Meet & exceed sales quotas through strong deal execution
Develop executive relationships to expand revenue opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal)
Keep CRM data (Salesforce) updated & maintain sales forecasting accuracy


???? Requirements

3-6 years of experience in SaaS / Tech sales
At least 3 years of experience closing deals
Fluent Spanish proficiency (Must engage with Spanish-speaking clients)
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
✔ Experience in hunting or farming sales motion
✔ Familiarity with SaaS business models & technical selling
✔ Experience with sales tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha
