Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This role will involve gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, creating technical and functional specifications, and supporting design efforts as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to assist in creating design mockups for a short time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  • Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS/FSD), and System Requirement Documents (SRD).
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

• Documentation:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including use case diagrams, mockups, and other technical artifacts.
  • Maintain version control and updates for all technical reports.

• Design Support:

  • Provide brief design support by creating wireframes, mockups, and other design artifacts.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with user experience and interface design standards.

• Process Mapping and Improvement:

  • Analyze and design business processes to meet technical requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance system functionality and usability.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers.
  • Lead requirement validation sessions to ensure clarity and feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in creating BRDs, FRS/FSDs, SRDs, use case diagrams, and mockups.
• Proficiency with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar for documentation and design.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to briefly handle design tasks, including wireframe creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Compensation:

• ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year

Work Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
