????️ Job Title: IT Hardware Support Staff

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Hardware Support Staff member to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all IT hardware components within the organization.

???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Hardware Maintenance: Perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
✅ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
✅ Installation: Set up and install new hardware (computers, printers, networking devices, etc.).
✅ Configuration: Assist in configuring and deploying IT hardware as per company requirements.
✅ Inventory Management: Track hardware usage and assist in procuring new equipment.
✅ User Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware-related concerns.
✅ Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and configurations.
✅ Collaboration: Work with the IT team on network upgrades and system rollouts.
✅ Compliance: Ensure hardware components meet security policies and industry standards.

???? Qualifications

???? Education: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
???? Experience: 1-3 years in IT hardware support or a similar role.
????️ Technical Skills:
✔ Hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
✔ Proficiency with desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices.
✔ Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
✔ Familiarity with network infrastructure and peripheral devices.
