Job Summary

We are seeking a research-driven and detail-oriented Script Writer to create high-quality scripts for various e-learning formats, including instructional videos, conceptual explainers, simulations, assessments, and more. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and content developers to craft engaging, pedagogically sound learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine Learning Objectives (LOs) for clarity and instructional alignment

• Conduct in-depth topic research to ensure relevance and depth

• Develop structured scripts for:

  • Instructional videos

  • Conceptual videos

  • Simulation videos

  • Interactive simulations

  • Assessments and assignments

  • Textual summaries and quick notes

• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to align scripts with educational goals

• Revise content based on stakeholder and pilot feedback

• Ensure content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with e-learning best practices

• Stay updated with the latest in educational content trends and storytelling techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, Creative Writing, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in educational scriptwriting or e-learning content development

• Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and e-learning methodologies

• Proficient in research, content writing, and simplifying complex topics

• Experience with multimedia scripting for animations, simulations, and interactive content

• Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, xAPI is a plus

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

• Language proficiency in English (required), Hindi (preferred)
