Job Summary

We are seeking a research-driven and detail-oriented Script Writer to craft high-quality, learner-focused scripts for e-learning content. The role involves developing scripts for instructional, conceptual, and simulation videos, interactive modules, assessments, and concise textual summaries. The ideal candidate should be able to translate learning objectives into engaging and pedagogically sound content.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Analyze and refine Learning Objectives (LOs) for clarity and instructional alignment

• ???? Conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content

• ✍️ Create structured, engaging scripts for:

  • Instructional videos – step-by-step concept explanations

  • Conceptual videos – theory deep-dives and principles

  • Simulation videos – real-world applications and problem-solving

  • Interactive simulations – case studies, guided tasks

  • Assessments & Assignments – scenario-based questions and quizzes

  • Textual summaries/notes – concise revision material

• ???? Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia teams to ensure alignment with learning outcomes

• ???? Revise scripts based on feedback and pilot testing

• ???? Stay updated with storytelling techniques, edtech trends, and e-learning best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ???? Bachelor's or Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, Creative Writing, or related field

• ???? Minimum 3+ years of experience in educational scriptwriting or e-learning content development

• ???? Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and learner engagement

• ✒️ Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

• ????️ Experience scripting for animations, simulations, assessments, and interactive modules

• ???? Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining learner interest

• ???? Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, xAPI, and interactive learning tools is a plus

• ???? Strong collaboration and communication skills
