We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an international voice process (technical banking domain) at a reputed BPO in Mumbai.

????‍???? Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical support calls from international customers.

• Provide desktop support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Freshers Welcome)

• Experience: Not mandatory, but technical knowledge is preferred (desktop support, troubleshooting, etc.)

• Language: Proficiency in English is preferred
