We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Tesla. This role will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within our manufacturing, clothing, and BPO sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for various roles across the manufacturing, clothing, and BPO sectors, ensuring that top talent is sourced, assessed, and hired in a timely manner.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the design and execution of training programs focused on skill development, career progression, and improving overall employee performance.
  • Compliance and Labor Laws: Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, guide managers in evaluating employee performance, and provide support for career development.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement programs that promote a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and increase retention rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing, clothing, or BPO sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the relevant industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with employee performance management systems and talent management.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing, clothing, or BPO industries.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management.
  • A successful track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving HR initiatives.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
  • Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required based on project needs and company events.
