Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery:

  • Create and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.

  • Present and explain learning materials using lectures, printed, visual, audio, and video resources.

  • Plan and structure individual learning experiences, including curriculum mapping, schemes of work, and lesson plans.

• Content Development:

  • Design educational content such as video lectures, notes, PowerPoint presentations, and quizzes.

  • Ensure the content builds on previous learning and encourages critical thinking.

• Assessment & Evaluation:

  • Use appropriate assessment methods to evaluate student learning and achievements.

  • Provide constructive feedback to guide student progress and development.

• Classroom Management & Student Engagement:

  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.

  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with other educators and educational stakeholders to enhance the learning experience.

  • Maintain open communication with students and their guardians to track academic progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  • Strong academic background with expertise in relevant subjects.
