???? Role Overview

We are hiring passionate and engaging Phonics Teachers to teach young learners. You will deliver interactive phonics lessons, conduct assessments, and give regular progress feedback to our class coordinators.

????‍???? Responsibilities

• Teach phonics concepts (including blending, segmenting, tricky words, and letter sounds) to young children

• Conduct regular student assessments

• Provide progress reports and feedback to the class coordinator

• Coordinate with curriculum developers and fellow teachers

• Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational classroom environment

• Adapt to each learner’s pace and needs

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature (Required)

• B.Ed is an added advantage

• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certification is a plus

• Minimum 1 year teaching experience with young learners

• Professional-level English proficiency

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Creative and engaging lesson delivery style

• Basic computer literacy and strong internet connection

• Must own a desktop or laptop (mandatory)

• Age Limit: 19 to 35 years
