⏰ Schedule & Shifts:
The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing healthcare consultations, and managing inventory in both retail and online pharmacy services. The role also includes handling online orders, verifying prescriptions, and coordinating timely medication deliveries.
✔️ Accurately dispense prescribed medications for both in-store and online orders.
✔️ Verify prescriptions for completeness, legality, and correct dosage.
✔️ Ensure proper labeling and storage of medications.
✔️ Provide expert guidance on medications, over-the-counter products, and healthcare services.
✔️ Advise customers on potential side effects, drug interactions, and proper usage.
✔️ Offer personalized health recommendations based on customer needs.
✔️ Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
✔️ Properly handle controlled substances and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
✔️ Monitor stock levels and reorder medications and supplies as needed.
✔️ Conduct stock audits and manage returns or expired medications.
✔️ Ensure storage conditions meet regulatory standards.
✔️ Verify the accuracy of customer details and prescriptions for online orders.
✔️ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
✔️ Oversee and coordinate the timely delivery of medications.
✔️ Educate customers on preventive care, wellness products, and lifestyle improvements.
✔️ Recommend vaccinations and additional pharmacy services.
✔️ Participate in community outreach and health awareness initiatives.
✔️ Work alongside doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
✔️ Coordinate with online pharmacy teams to ensure seamless service.

✔️ D. Pharm or B. Pharm degree required.
???? Experience:
✔️ Previous experience in a retail or online pharmacy setting preferred.
✔️ Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws & regulations.
✔️ Experience in online pharmacy management is a plus.

✔️ Strong communication & customer service skills.
✔️ Excellent organization & attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Proficiency in digital communication tools & online pharmacy platforms.
