Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage documentation, coordination, and office administration efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.


Key Responsibilities

Document Management – Filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
Supply Maintenance – Ensuring availability of required forms and materials.
Quotation & Report Preparation – Drafting and submitting necessary documents.
Client & Partner Coordination – Communicating with clients and business partners.
General Administrative Tasks – Supporting day-to-day office operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
✔️ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✔️ Attention to detail in documentation


Preferred Qualifications

Candidates residing in/around Panjim
2-wheeler with a valid license (for document delivery to partner offices)
