We are actively seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Producer & Editor to join our dynamic in-house creative team on a contract basis. If you're passionate about storytelling, visual composition, and high-quality multimedia content creation, we’d love to hear from you!

???? Role Overview

As a Multimedia Producer & Editor, you will collaborate with the Creative Manager and internal marketing team to conceptualize and produce photo and video content that aligns with our brand and strategic goals. This role involves end-to-end content creation, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and optimizing multimedia content for various platforms.

This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise in video production, editing, and photography, along with creative storytelling skills.

???? Key Responsibilities

✔ Content Creation & Production

  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager and marketing team to develop photo & video concepts.
  • Drive video editing from rough cuts to final delivery.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for promotions, social media, and events.
  • Produce internal communications, branded content, and event coverage.
  • Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand standards.

✔ Pre & Post-Production

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, script, and plan shoots.
  • Optimize content for social media, websites, and live events.
  • Organize and maintain video files, raw footage, and photography assets.
  • Independently manage studio and field shoots.

✔ Technical Operations

  • Operate and maintain professional photo & video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Create graphics independently or collaborate with designers/animators.
  • Manage file storage, backups, and structured archiving systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend workflow improvements.

✔ Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide creative input on repurposing multimedia assets for future use.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.

???? Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in professional video production, photography, and editing.
  • A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing professional, paid work.

✔ Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere & After Effects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom for photo editing.
  • Basic audio recording, editing, and mixing skills.
  • Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras & professional video equipment.
  • Familiarity with video requirements for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.

✔ Soft Skills

  • Creative storytelling & visual composition abilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset & technical troubleshooting abilities.

✔ Additional Requirements

  • Valid passport & driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel 11-25% (between Pune & Bengaluru offices).
  • Comfortable working on-location, including outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 25-50 lbs).
