Job Details

Position: Site Coordinator
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Work Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Shift: Morning shift

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings.
  • Perform site analysis and inspections.
  • Create plans and obtain client approval.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per approved plans, including bar diagrams.
  • Coordinate with the site manager to resolve any uncertainties and with clients.
  • Work with the manager, accountant, and vendors for project execution.
  • Generate and share reports with clients and the team.
  • Conduct site visits.
  • Approve site bills based on estimates from the manager and your approval.
  • Handover the site after clearing the snag list with proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 2 years total work experience (preferred).
    • 2 years in interior design (preferred).

Work Environment

  • Office-based work.
