As we expand our team, we are looking for a talented Video Editor to help craft impactful visual stories through expert video editing and storytelling techniques.

???? Job Responsibilities

???? Video Editing & Storytelling:

• Edit and assemble compelling films, TV spots, and government productions using advanced video editing software.
• Select appropriate footage from our extensive in-house database to align with the project's narrative.
• Work closely with the cinematography team to ensure the visual storytelling meets creative and strategic goals.

???? Mass Targeting & Broadcast Standards:

• Ensure the content is suitable for national news channels and mass audiences.
• Incorporate visual storytelling, pacing, and structure to enhance viewer engagement.

???? Industry Trends & Innovation:

• Stay updated on latest industry trends, technologies, and editing techniques to enhance production quality.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new project ideas and innovative approaches.

???? Qualifications & Skills

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year of video editing experience (preferably in documentary, TV spots, or government film production).
✔ Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
✔ Storytelling & Narrative Skills: Strong understanding of pacing, structure, and audience engagement.
✔ Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work closely with cinematographers and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
✔ Attention to Detail: Ability to select impactful footage and enhance storytelling through editing.
✔ Understanding of National Broadcast Standards: Knowledge of mass targeting concepts and audience preferences for news channels.
