About the Role & Team:

The Technical Delivery Consultant works closely with account teams and customers to address process and information issues within the field of expertise. This role plays a key part in pre-sales and sales activities, providing focused consultancy offers. As part of the team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of products and services, generating revenue while building trusted relationships with customers.

What You Will Do:

• Execute consulting methodology in accordance with corporate and regional standards, ensuring quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of the Operations Airports Portfolio by sharing lessons learned and supporting Product groups in enhancing capabilities.

• Articulate and prove SITA’s consultancy value proposition, resolving key technical issues and providing findings on airport operations assessments and recommendations.

• Deliver consultancy as part of Airport Operations assignments, working closely with customers to implement the benefits of consultancy.

• Develop and run client workshops and manage activities to fully enable customers to realize the benefits of consultancy.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of airport operations technologies, trends, and industry solutions while being able to see the “big picture.”

Qualifications:

• Specific experience in at least one area of Airport Operations.

• At least seven (7) years of experience in technical consultancy or Airport Operations.

• Experience working in matrix-managed organizations and managing third-party relationships.

• Proficient in complex bid and proposal management.

• Ability to work at senior levels with customer IT departments/technical experts.

• Understanding of Airline Industry IT/Network environment (an advantage).

• Expert knowledge in Airport Operations.

• Familiarity with SITA AMS, AI, APV products.

• Telecommunications or IT degree preferred.

• Consultancy accreditation (e.g., Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials) is preferred.

• Project Management qualification is preferred.
