Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to optimize supply chain processes, manage data extraction, and support cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills to enhance efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Maintain clear and effective communication (written & verbal) with suppliers, business units, and stakeholders
✔ Extract supply chain reports from Power BI and analyze data using Excel
✔ Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor performance and identify improvement areas
✔ Conduct data entry tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely updates
✔ Support logistics, procurement, and inventory management operations

Qualifications

✔ Strong English communication skills (oral & written)
✔ Basic knowledge of Power BI for data extraction & analysis
✔ Familiarity with supply chain management processes (inventory, logistics, procurement) is a plus
✔ Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
✔ Prior experience in a supply chain analyst or similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Skills Required

✅ Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions)
✅ Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (Preferred)
✅ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving ability
✅ Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams & suppliers
✅ Critical thinking ability to optimize supply chain operations
