Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Analog Design Manager to join our $2.6B Power Business Unit. This is a strategic growth opportunity, where you will work on cutting-edge power products such as Integrated Power Devices (IPDs), PMICs, DC-DC converters, and drivers that power the next generation of automotive applications.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading a team to bring power products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Analog Circuit Design & Development

• Lead analog circuit design from block level to full chip.
• Drive design innovation and best practices in analog and power IC development.
• Independently define, develop, and execute product plans from concept to tapeout.

✔ Technical Expertise & System Implementation

• Design and optimize key building blocks like:
  • Charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, bandgaps, linear regulators, switching regulators, etc.
• Work with BCD process nodes, IC packaging, and production testing.
• Utilize advanced IC CAD tools for schematic generation, simulation, and verification.
• Conduct top-level, worst-case corner, and Monte Carlo analyses with parasitic extraction.

✔ Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a highly creative and productive environment.
• Play a key role in hiring and building teams from scratch.
• Promote talent development and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

✔ Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with layout teams to optimize design-for-testability, debug, characterization, and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with system architects, product engineers, and other cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
✔ 14+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation, and Verification.

???? Preferred Skills & Expertise
✅ DC-DC switching converter experience is highly desirable.
✅ Strong knowledge of IC processing (BCD nodes), packaging, and production testing.
✅ Hands-on experience with simulation tools for block-level, top-level, and Monte Carlo analyses.
✅ Deep understanding of layout constraints and their impact on design performance, testability, and production yield.
✅ Natural team player with a passion for fostering innovation and collaboration.
