Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group, supporting the Corporate FP&A Finance team. Based in Noida, this role reports to the Manager of GFS (Noida) and provides financial support for G&A functions.

???? Working Hours: 11:30 AM IST – 8:30 PM IST

Your key responsibilities will include financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and headcount/capital forecasting, collaborating with business leads and global finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Financial Reporting & Forecasting

• Develop and distribute monthly/quarterly financial reports with operational and financial metrics.
• Prepare monthly operating expense forecasts and capital forecasts in collaboration with business leads.
• Assist in headcount analysis and reconciliation.

✔ Variance & Trend Analysis

• Perform variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast targets, documenting key insights.
• Analyze financial data by functional groups, rollups, and geographies.

✔ Monthly Close & Budgeting

• Participate in the monthly close process, including journal entry preparation and G&A expense analysis.
• Support the annual budgeting process.

✔ Ad Hoc Reporting & Operational Analysis

• Run financial reports from ERP systems, ensuring accounting accuracy.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, track business metrics, and model financial scenarios.
• Assist with account analysis and audit requests.

Required Skills & Experience

???? Education & Experience
✔ 3–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in commerce or MBA (Finance preferred).
✔ Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company.

???? Technical Expertise
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large-scale analytical modeling.
✔ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365).
✔ Power BI experience required.
✔ Knowledge of TM1 or Essbase reporting (preferred).

✔ Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
✔ Ability to collaborate across teams in a global environment.
✔ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
✔ Willingness to adapt and learn new processes in a fast-paced environment.
