Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

✅ Provide comprehensive online support to customers for the Quanto software (training provided).
✅ Ensure a smooth user experience by identifying and resolving software-related issues.
Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Implementation & Collaboration

???? Assist in data migration, helping customers transfer their existing software artifacts to the Quanto platform.
???? Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding.
???? Provide daily status updates to the Support Manager.

Knowledge Base & Training

???? Create and manage user guides, how-to articles, and demo videos for customer assistance.
???? Help improve the knowledge base for better customer self-service.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
???? Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical/software support or B2B customer support.
???? Customer Service: Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
???? Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn Quanto software (training provided).
???? Help Desk Experience: Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
???? Languages: Tamil & English (Required); Hindi & Malayalam (Preferred).
