  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into Costco's social media practices.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and updates.
  • Manage social media crisis communication as needed and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.
