Job Details

Position: Site Manager (Civil, RCC, or Road Works)
Location: Panvel, Maharashtra
Work Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on skills)
Shift: Day shift, Rotational shift

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage site operations for civil, RCC, or road work projects.
  • Oversee site workers and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Handle machinery and equipment management.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of safety and quality control measures.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in site management, specifically for civil, RCC, or road works.
  • Education: Minimum of Secondary (10th Pass) (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in managing site operations, workers, and machinery.
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
