Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical support within company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Utilize customer insights to shape business initiatives.
  • Ensure best practices in customer service are implemented.
  • Manage confidential information according to company protocols.
  • Maintain high levels of customer relationship management.
  • Handle all communication (written, phone, face-to-face) with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide regular updates.
  • Uphold the company’s brand promise in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant IT qualifications/certifications (e.g., IT Degree, Certificate 3/4 in IT, MCP, MCITP, A+) OR proven experience in a Service Desk/Operations role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with:
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Active Directory & Azure Directory
    • Exchange & M365 Solutions
    • AWS & AWS Workspace
    • Networking principles
    • Critical Incident Management
  • Experience with remote support tools in a 24x7 setup.
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Proficiency in desktop applications (Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripts (preferred).
  • Self-reliant, proactive, and eager to develop technical skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Flexible and willing to contribute to team tasks.
