Role Overview

As a Quality Analyst, you will be involved in every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring functional testability, automation, and performance of the software. Your responsibilities will include test planning, execution, automation, and defect reporting for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

???? Test Planning & Execution

• Develop test strategies, effort estimates, and test plans.
• Prepare and execute test cases for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Report and track defects effectively.

???? Automation & Performance Testing

• Design and implement test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct automation testing using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Java/Python.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure, Jenkins).
• Perform mobile testing for Android and iOS, integrating with cloud testing platforms (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, LambdaTest).

???? Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, engineers, and application developers.
• Document and communicate test metrics and reports effectively.
• Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and multiple project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience

• Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing (Web, API, and Mobile).
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Expertise in automation testing using Selenium (Java), Cypress, and Appium (Python).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Azure, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with TestNG, JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
