About the Role

This role is part of the Global Business Integration & Transformation (GBIT) team supporting the Customer Fulfillment Network (CFN) within Global Consumer Servicing & Fulfillment (GCSF).

???? CFN is a 1500+ strong global team operating across 15 delivery hubs, servicing 24 markets in 12 languages, handling ~10 million customer requests annually.

This role will be responsible for integrating business change into CFN and building associated controls, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives such as new product launches, servicing strategies, and compliance updates.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Management & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans & timelines while facilitating team collaboration.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including milestones, risks, performance metrics, and timelines.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business requirements for technology solutions.

✅ Audit & Compliance

• Serve as a point of contact for internal IAG audits, external PwC audits, and regulatory/bank examinations.
• Ensure compliance with market regulations, policies, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks.

✅ Business Integration & Change Management

• Lead Global Business Integration (GBI) initiatives related to new product launches or service amendments.
• Collaborate with business representatives and production leaders to ensure operational and control needs are addressed.
• Proactively identify and implement control requirements for CFN processes.

✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Updates

• Act as the lead for critical initiatives, providing leadership updates.
• Build and leverage relationships across business units to drive effective change management.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage projects end-to-end.

???? Technical & Functional Expertise:

• Sound process knowledge of CFN operations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in supporting audits, exams, and risk events is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

???? Work Environment & Shift Timings:

• 24x7 work environment – flexibility to support global time zones may be required.
