Contentstack is looking for a Principal Engineer - QA. If you're looking for an opportunity to join an innovative, fun, and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform frontend and backend testing (Platform-Web).
• Perform regression testing (Platform-Web).
• Build internal scripts to automate QA processes.
• Generate testing reports and status reports.
• Create and maintain the test case repository.
• Provide feedback to the developers.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.

Required skill sets:

• 8-10 years of experience in automation testing.
• Experience in any bug reporting tool such as JIRA.
• Experience in regression testing.
• Experience in load testing.
• Experience implementing automated front-end testing frameworks.
• Experience in using link checker tools like Xenu or Screaming Frog.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge on Continuous Integration.
• Knowledge/understanding of JSON and REST.
• Knowledge/understanding of Postman.
• Knowledge/understanding of Git, Github, or Gitlab.
• Knowledge/understanding on Jenkins.
• Knowledge/understanding of static websites and dynamic websites.
• Knowledge/understanding of SEO & OpenGraph.
• Knowledge/understanding of any CMS.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Self-Directed: ability to detect and solve problems.

Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Skills: Automation Testing, Selenium, Java, Appium, API Testing
Location: Virar (Hybrid Model)
