Full Job Description

Role Overview:

Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and post-sales support.

Responsibilities:

Support & Incident Management:

• Manage the product support portal and prioritize bug fixes.
• Respond to and follow up on incident requests and tickets in a timely and proactive manner.
• Collaborate with the development team to report defects and provide detailed steps for replication.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related queries and issues for both internal and external clients.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Identify key trends from customer concerns to recommend product improvements.
• Gather technical requirements and create test cases and test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Develop non-technical test cases (e.g., front-end testing, user experience, pre-UAT).
• Execute test plans and generate test summary reports.

Product Documentation & Training:

• Develop and support training materials, technical documentation, help articles, and user guides.
• Educate end users on product functionality and best practices.

Seamless Sales-to-Deployment Transition:

• Define user stories, quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into a product backlog.
• Work closely with UX and Engineering teams to enhance product usability.
• Plan and review product releases and installations for clients.

Customer Support & Engagement:

• Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, complaints, and feedback.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
