Job Title: M&A Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (US Shift)
Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• M&A Execution:

  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials.

• Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather public information from various sources.
  • Create consolidation and financial model analyses.
  • Develop models for valuation metrics.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Draft marketing documents such as Private Information Memos for funding or sell-side projects.
  • Build company forecasting models.

• Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze company performance on both an absolute and relative basis.
  • Create and maintain various data sets for M&A activities.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in M&A or related fields.

• Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of M&A processes and the ability to apply skills creatively to diverse client needs.
  • Solid intuition, especially with valuation matters, and the ability to discuss past transactions in detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with exposure to high-level client contact and senior M&A professionals from the outset.

• Client Engagement:

  • Develop strong client relationships by providing support in the M&A process.
  • Be involved with senior M&A experts to develop and hone your skills.
