Job Description: Legal Analyst

CryptoMize is seeking a Legal Analyst to provide legal analysis, research, and compliance checks to the departments and members of the organization. The Legal Analyst will assist in analyzing legal documents to ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations. This position involves conducting legal research, gathering evidence, and making legal recommendations in conjunction with attorneys and legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and investigations on complaints, claims, and litigation.

• Draft and revise legal policies as necessary.

• Ensure the legality of the company’s policies and practices.

• Provide legal advice and recommendations to both management and employees.

• Maintain and organize legal resources, databases, and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
