What This Role Is About

We are seeking an experienced Engineer III who will contribute to enterprise-level network security and WAN infrastructure design. This is a Level 3 (L3) role requiring strong expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and VMware NSX-T technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

• Lead enterprise network design processes supporting WAN infrastructure

• Research, recommend, and implement modern networking techniques and tools

• Manage and execute technical projects when required

• Provide regular status updates to leadership as per defined intervals

• Ensure all network and security configurations meet customer satisfaction standards

• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical training

• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise network and security roles

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Routers, Velocloud SD-WAN, and WAN infrastructure

• Hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls

• Experience with NSX-T (VMware Network Virtualization)

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Bandwidth Shaping

  • Traffic Control

  • Security Firewall Management

  • Encryption / Decryption, FRP

• Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Effective organizational and time management skills

• Capable of working with all levels of management

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
