Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing delivery routes, schedules, and driver tasks to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Support drivers with logistical challenges such as route changes, delays, or vehicle issues.
  • Manage and track inventory to ensure accurate delivery planning and that all necessary supplies are available for drivers.
  • Liaise with dispatch teams to provide real-time updates and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all delivery processes.
  • Help maintain records of delivery activities, including tracking delivery statuses and client feedback.
  • Provide administrative support by managing delivery records, invoices, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with delivery drivers, dispatch teams, and customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and route planning.
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics tracking tools.

Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a delivery support role is preferred but not required.

Working Hours
