Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account management, playback, payments, and other service-related inquiries.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and service improvements.

  • Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts available, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • The role may require working in rotating shifts to cover different time zones.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong command of English (additional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, etc., are a bonus).
  • Proficiency in handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in resolving customer issues.
  • Technical proficiency with computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
