Job Summary

The Corporate Mobility Senior Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end service delivery of Mobility services for employees traveling internationally. This role involves managing immigration processes, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as HR, legal, payroll, and finance.

Must-Have Skills

✔ Strong understanding of immigration processes & visa requirements.
✔ Ability to manage end-to-end visa processing and documentation.
✔ Experience in handling corporate mobility and immigration compliance.

Good-to-Have Skills

✅ Knowledge of the travel industry (airlines, hotels, car rentals, travel booking systems).

Roles & Responsibilities

???? Immigration & Visa Processing

• Manage immigration processes, including visa type assessment, processing, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring immigration support.
• Liaise with travel/visa agents for smooth and timely visa application submissions & passport collections.
• Maintain compliance with global immigration regulations.

???? Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide comprehensive immigration guidance to travelers and clients.
• Address queries and ensure seamless communication throughout the immigration journey.
• Work closely with legal, HR, payroll, and finance teams to resolve immigration-related issues.

???? Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Coach & guide junior team members at Level 13, Level 12, and Level 11.
• Monitor team SLA and performance metrics, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Drive performance scorecards and identify areas for process improvements.

???? Process Optimization & Compliance

• Ensure timely progression of cases by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in immigration policies and update procedures accordingly.
• Work on advisory projects, providing expert Mobility guidance during the planning stage.

✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in a corporate setting.
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
✔ Proficiency in using case management, data analysis, and documentation tools.

Experience & Qualifications

???? Education: A university degree.
???? Experience: 8-10 years in immigration compliance, visa processing, and corporate mobility.
???? Industry: Experience in corporate immigration services is preferred.
