As a Business Analyst - Data Insights, you will collaborate with product owners and other technical teams in the product development process, leveraging the bank’s technologies to bring the product roadmap vision to life.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Business Analyst - Data Insights, you will:

• Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.

• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure effective communication between product and technical sides of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with stakeholders: Work with internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and feasibility.

• Support product strategy: Help implement the product strategy and communicate with stakeholders and development teams.

• Product assessments: Develop and implement assessments to continuously test and improve product quality and performance.

• Monitoring product performance: Identify optimization opportunities to meet the bank’s performance standards.

• Staying updated: Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:

To be successful, you should have:

• Data analysis and interpretation skills: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

• Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and present insights clearly.

• Technical skills: Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and working with large datasets.

• Business acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial concepts, and market trends.

• Problem-solving ability: Critical thinking skills and ability to develop creative solutions.

• Experience working with operational data, connecting insights, and generating meaningful reports.

• Ability to identify and translate business unit issues into data-driven solutions.
