Role Overview: Customer Support Representative (Billing & Payments)

This role involves providing billing and refund support to customers, assisting with account management, plan upgrades/downgrades, and vendor onboarding through email, chat, and inbound calls. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 support for global customers regarding billing, cancellations, invoice generation, refunds, chargebacks, and account-related queries.
  • Respond to basic product-related inquiries using knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate sales or engineering teams as needed.
  • Achieve all KPIs and performance metrics set on an annual basis.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar work environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Strong customer rapport-building skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and managing time efficiently while working remotely.
  • Quick learner with a focused approach, adaptable to a fast-paced organization.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Prior experience in Billing, Payments, or Service Desk environments is a plus.
