Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders from inventory, ensuring all items are correctly selected and prepared for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, ensuring that products are readily available for order fulfillment.
• Quality Control: Inspect selected items for quality, packaging, and product specifications to ensure they meet Apple’s high standards.
• Order Preparation: Safely pack items for shipment, ensuring that orders are organized efficiently and securely.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to assist in the movement and transportation of items.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in picking and preparing orders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to quickly identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Cooperative and able to work well in a team environment.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily performance targets.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of operating warehouse technology, such as handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

• Preferred: Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or similar warehouse roles is preferred but not required.
• Equipment Experience: Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus, though not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time positions available with flexible shift schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons, such as holidays, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
