One of our clients, an American multinational technology company, is looking for a M365 Technical Advisor with expertise in migrations to join their team.
As an M365 Technical Advisor, your role will be to provide technical support and guidance to customers using Microsoft 365 subscriptions. You will help customers get the most out of their Microsoft 365 trial subscriptions and convert them into perpetual subscriptions. Your goal will be to drive increased usage of M365 workloads and licenses for small businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving technical support requests (tickets) from customers who have subscribed to a Microsoft 365 trial.
Troubleshooting customer issues with M365 features, utilizing your knowledge and available tools to resolve their concerns.
Engaging with customers to understand their business needs, helping them utilize all available M365 products and workloads.
Helping customers transition from trial subscriptions to full, paid subscriptions.
Providing advice and answering technical implementation questions regarding Microsoft 365 tools via chat and phone calls.
Responding to inquiries about M365 web application features, domain registration, downloading and installing Office, and using M365 functionalities.
Respond to technical advisory and implementation questions regarding M365 tools.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for customers using Microsoft 365.
Approach customers to understand their business needs and advise on the best M365 tools and features.
Assist customers in converting their trial subscriptions into full, paid subscriptions.
Increase usage and licenses of M365 for small business customers.
Manage support requests via chat and phone calls.
Advisory or technical implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.
Expertise in handling Microsoft Migrations.
Strong consultative skills in Microsoft 365 settings.
MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory.
RAVE experience is a plus (not required).
Windows 10 Pro (latest updates installed).
Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended).
Core i3 processor (i5 recommended).
256GB Hard Disk (256 SSD recommended).
LAN (local access network) is required (WiFi is not allowed).
25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed (minimum).
No third-party antivirus software installed.
Teams-compliant media devices.
Microphone/headset with noise-canceling (not a phone headset).
Webcam, preferably compatible with Windows Hello Technology.
Your computer should not be joined to another company’s domain or managed by any remote management systems/tools.
